I’m 34 and he’s 22.I’m going thru a divorce from verbally abusive marriage with 2 young children. He’s in a college athlete in his senior year. I’m at the end of my junior year at college and am pretty f**king disappointed. Meeting girls isn’t an issue for me. I’ve had girls tell me I was hot/cute before and I’ve even had one that saw me in the gym approach me at a party before.

But that’s just it…it’s all parties and hookups and while it’s all fine and dandy, I’d rather not end up dying alone in future. At some point I have to find someone and preferably before I graduate or else I’ll be stuck screwing around with online dating, or worse….craigslist.

Part of my problem is I’m underage, I’m only turning 20 this summer. So while I’m more attracted to girls of my age or slightly younger, they’re usually a good 1-3 grades below me…and flaky and boy-crazy since they’re new to college.

My first year of college I had a girlfriend back at home so I didn’t take the opportunity to get to know the girls in my own grade and now I feel it’s too late. I’m going into senior year and I have no clue what to do.
I can’t go for freshmen because I’m just setting myself up to either look like a sketchy senior (despite not being much older) or potentially hopeless relationships once I graduate. Few of the girls in my class year that I’m friends wit I’m attracted to and of those I feel I’ve pretty much blown my chances with all of them. I really don’t know what to do anymore.
